    • Respiratory, urinary tract, ear infections, uncomplicated gonorrhea

  • Adults & children >12 yrs & >50kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hours

  • Children 6 mo–12 yrs: weight-based 8 mg/kg/day – Taken as a single dose

  • Children up to 6 months of age—Use and dose must be determined by your doctor.
