Reason of use

Urinary Drainage & Bladder Management

Used for intermittent or short-term urinary catheterization to drain the bladder in patients with urinary retention, post-operative care, or those requiring accurate urine output monitoring.

Diagnostic & Pre-Operative Use

Used prior to surgical procedures to empty the bladder, reducing the risk of accidental bladder injury during abdominal or pelvic surgery; also used for collecting sterile urine specimens for diagnostic testing.

Post-Operative & Bedbound Patient Care

Used in patients who are immobile, post-operative, or unable to void naturally due to neurological or anatomical conditions, providing comfortable and controlled urinary drainage.
