Product Overview:

Reality Extra® is a combination medicine containing Paracetamol, Diclofenac Sodium and Caffeine, formulated to provide relief from pain and fever. The combination brings together analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties with the supportive effects of caffeine.

Each Uncoated Tablet contains:
Paracetamol BP- 325 mg;
Diclofenac Sodium BP- 50 mg;
Caffeine (Anhydrous) BP- 30 mg;
Excipients- q.s.
