Product Overview:

COTRIRONAK® is a localized antifungal treatment containing Clotrimazole 100 mg, designed for intravaginal use. It is formulated to treat vaginal yeast infections by inhibiting fungal cell membrane synthesis. COTRIRONAK® is effective against Candida albicans and other fungal pathogens, offering quick relief from itching, discharge, and irritation. With its bullet-shaped design and included applicator, it ensures easy insertion and targeted delivery of the active ingredient.

Side Effects

    • Vaginal candidiasis (yeast infection)
    • Fungal vulvovaginitis
    • External symptoms such as itching, irritation, and discharge due to fungal overgrowth

  • To be used intravaginally only, as directed by a healthcare provider.

  • Recommended dosage: One tablet inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for 6 consecutive nights or as prescribed.

  • Use the provided applicator for proper placement.

  • Do not use orally or externally.

  • Avoid using during menstruation.

  • Complete the full treatment course even if symptoms subside earlier.

    • Do not use tampons or other vaginal products concurrently
    • Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation persists or worsens

  • Local vaginal burning or irritation

  • Mild abdominal cramping

  • External itching or rash (rare)

  • Allergic hypersensitivity (extremely rare)
