Dipyronak 500

Recommended single dose: 1 to 2 tablets (500–1000 mg). Maximum daily dose: 8 tablets (4000 mg) divided into doses of 1–2 tablets every 6–8 hours. Swallow tablets whole with sufficient liquid. Duration depends on condition; consult doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3–5 days. As per medical prescription.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use if allergic to metamizole or pyrazolone derivatives, or if having analgesic asthma syndrome. Contraindicated in patients with bone marrow disorders, G-6-PD deficiency, acute intermittent hepatic porphyria, or in the last 3 months of pregnancy. May cause agranulocytosis – stop use if signs of fever, chills, sore throat or mouth ulcers appear. Risk of severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis). May cause low blood pressure. Breastfeeding should be stopped during treatment and for 48 hours after last dose. Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Severe skin reactions including Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis. Anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions (asthma, facial swelling). Low blood pressure (hypotension). Allergic skin reactions such as urticaria. Renal problems such as decreased urine production. Reddish coloration of urine (harmless).
