Two-lumen catheter with one channel for urine drainage and one channel for balloon inflation. Standard configuration for routine urinary catheterisation.
Three-lumen catheter with channels for urine drainage, balloon inflation, and a dedicated third lumen for continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) to flush out blood clots and debris post-surgery.
Natural latex rubber with silicone elastomer coating for smooth, atraumatic insertion and reduced biofilm adhesion.
5 ml (standard); 30 ml (haemostasis/traction balloon where required); Balloon inflated with sterile water to secure catheter inside the bladder.
Sterile – sterilised by Ethylene Oxide (EO); non-pyrogenic; single use only.
5 years from date of manufacture
Store at room temperature (15–30°C); protect from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat; do not re-sterilise.
CE Marked; complies with ISO 10555; BIS certified; single use medical device.
Colour-coded per French size for instant identification; symmetrical balloon for even sphincter pressure; large distally located drainage eyelets for efficient drainage; syringe luer-operated non-return valve for easy balloon inflation and deflation.
For single use only; do not re-use or re-sterilise; use with caution in patients with latex allergy; inflate balloon only after confirming catheter placement inside the bladder; do not overinflate beyond recommended volume.
Used for continuous drainage of urine in patients with urinary retention, incontinence, or obstruction. The balloon inflates inside the bladder to securely retain the catheter and facilitate unobstructed urine flow into a collection bag.
Used post-operatively after urological, gynaecological, or abdominal surgeries to monitor urine output, decompress the bladder, and prevent urinary retention during the recovery period.
The 3-Way catheter is used for continuous bladder irrigation to flush out blood clots, tissue debris, and sediment following prostate or bladder surgery, reducing the risk of clot retention and urinary obstruction.
Used in intensive care and critically ill patients for accurate monitoring of urine output as a measure of fluid balance, renal function, and haemodynamic status.
