Reality Cold N’ Flu is a combination medicine formulated to provide relief from multiple symptoms associated with cold and flu, including pain and fever. Each tablet contains Paracetamol 325 mg, Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg and Magnesium Trisilicate 100 mg.
